Specific Fic Search - John and baby

Hi All,

I'm looking for a fic where John is asked to give the necessary ingredients to Clara and Harry so they can have a baby. John agrees but Clara dies in childbirth. There's some confusion with the birth certificate - John had assumed that he wouldn't be listed but Harry puts his name down and dumps the baby on him. She then disappears and John is left to look after the baby.

Sorry I can't remember any other details.
