So I need help finding a specific fic in which Mycroft has basically regressed mentally back to a young child and Sherlock and Mummy are taking care of him. There were also allusions to Mummy drugging Mycroft to keep him that way. And I believe John was hired as Mycroft's carer. I think it was prompted on the kink meme, it was definitely on someone's journal.
