I'm Back!
I'm back :)
I wish I could say everything has gone completely to plan, it hasn't but it's been nothing dramatic. It's mostly revolved around me failing several credit checks with O2 and Vodaphone (trying to sign up to a mobile phone contract) before finally getting O2 to give me a contract and a phone (no, it's not an iPhone, it's a Nokia 5800). It's rather annoying that in order to get credit with some companies you need to be first in debt, they aren't interested in you if you have no credit rating. Ah well... applying for a credit card to start building a credit rating (and asking for my credit report from Experian to check there isn't anything bad on there and it is really just because I have no credit history).
My holiday plans didn't exactly work out either, one of the spots grandfather became very ill and she needed to take some compassionate leave; unfortunately we were short staffed that week so I offered to jiggle my holiday around in order to make it possible - I got last Saturday as normal (and went to Alistair Duncan's book signing) and instead of the Monday I got the following Monday, which happens to be today (confused yet?)
