This seems some movie sequel now. The whole world is on a standstill and we can do nothing to reverse what has already happened.
What we can do is to remain healthy. Physically as well as Mentally. This is because if we are constantly taking tension and not relaxing, we will actually be putting more strain on our minds and we will actually go into some paranoia (search for this word on
http://yekjah.xyz ).
To make sure that we are mentally fit, we should also start exercising more and making sure that our body is feeling good. When we exercise, our body secrets feel-good hormones, which in turn makes sure that our mind is in a healthy state.
There will be times when we will get bore and for that matter, we will have to take some steps, which will keep us focused and make sure that we don't really end up fighting with each other till the end.
So, below are some tips for the same:
1. Try to wake up on time - Yes this is important as our body wants to know that we have accomplished something and when we do tasks like waking up early or on our usual time, making our bed, doing some exercise, preparing some breakfast, our mind feels refreshed and make sure that we don't feel tired whole day long.
2. Do Some Exercise - Doing a simple 15 minutes exercise in the morning make s sure that we get our metabolism started for the day. This will also make sure that we feel fresh for the whole day.
3. Make Your Bed - I hope you would have heard about the famous story of a soldier, how he describes, why it is important to make your bed every day. When you make your bed, you feel like you have accomplished something and you start a journey to complete what you have started hence accomplishing days tasks and also your goals.
4. Take a Shower - It doesn't really matter whether you are in Dessert or in a show filled area. Taking a shower in the morning after your exercise will definitely make sure that you are ready for the day.
5. Prepare Breakfast - Making your own bread and tea and then having it in a beautiful morning is something that you will really enjoy. This will also be a time for your reflection and preparing for the whole day. Also, if you want you can see your favorite programs on TV or your mobile phones and enjoy your breakfast.
6. Pick Up Some Hobby - Some people like to blog, some might like gardening, or some might like preparing some new dishes. There are some of my friends, who like to sing and play a really good guitar. I like to listen to them and its something that makes sure that they are occupied for the whole day.
7. Work From Home - Our businesses need us. Some people have their online businesses or some might be working from home for a company. Now as you are refreshed and already started, it is good to try and complete all the tasks that you might be having in pending lists.
8. Watch You Fav Flick - If you have a TV or Laptop or even on mobile you can see your fav movies or serials. I think Netflix has given a free one-month subscription for the quarantine time. I don't know how real is it but you can try to see free content on youtube and enjoy full videos all day long.
9. Connect with Family - You always wanted some more time to call your cousin or your friend or your parents. Use this time to connect with your family and friends, not literally but digitally (maintain social distance).
10. Sleep on Time - It might be tough sometimes, with so many things going on in the world, to take a good night's sleep. But this is something so magical. When you take good rest, half of the diseases disappear like that only.
Remember one thing, Your muscles are torn in the gym, you feed them in the kitchen and you build your muscles in bed (while sleeping).
So make sure that you get a night of really good sleep these days.
These tips might not be suitable for everyone and everyone can see what works well for them.
