Pairing: Sunny & Sungmin, SunSun

After watching them bicker non-stop (and not to mention adorably) on Chunji, I came up with this short fic. And btw the recent Spao photoshoot moment was daebak. <3
Routine
“So.” She started, toying mindlessly with the charm dangling from her phone.
“So…” he echoed back. Sungmin scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.
This was the first time the both of them tried to start a conversation without ending up bickering childishly with each other.
“You---“ he coughed, “look good in that dress.” Sunny raised an eyebrow, trying her best to fight the smile from forming on her delicate features.
“And… you were great a while ago.” She said, choking on her words.
Sunny heard him whisper, “I always do.”
The civilized conversation ended at that and another wave of awkwardness filled the both of them.
Sungmin couldn’t take it any longer and the words tumbled carelessly from his lips. “The only hindrance from your outfit was your short legs.” A smirk formed evilly on his face.
Sunny scoffed, “And what about you’re eyes huh? It’s so beady, like a hamster’s, that it’s almost creepy!”
“Normal girls, not like you, find it attractive.” He fired back.
They were unknowingly stepping closer until they were only a few feet from each other.
“Did you just call me abnormal? For your information, I’m the epitome of normal! The normal of the normalest!” she defended indignantly, her arms crossing. She was on her tippy-toes, trying to match his intimidating height.
“So what if I did? You just insulted my money-making puppy dog eyes!” he said rather childishly. Sunny stuck her tiny little tongue out at him.
“Ugh! I hate you Lee Sungmin!” she exclaimed.
“Not as much as I hate you Lee Sunkyu!”
“It’s Sunny!” she fired back.
“Fine!” Sungmin said.
“Fine!” she repeated.
They were met by dead silence yet again. Their chests heaving with ragged breaths as they both calmed down.
Sungmin spoke after a few minutes of catching their breaths, “So.”
“So…” Sunny echoed, her voice sounded much like tinkling silver bells.
“I’m hungry. Wanna grab some lunch or something, Shorty?” he offered, a lopsided smile forming on his face.
Sunny beamed and her eyes turning into tiny crescent shapes, “Sure thing, Hamster-eyes.”
And they walked off together, hand in hand.
Because this was just a routine that the two of them will never grow tired of.

A/N: I'm sorry to my 'The Law of Attraction' readers for not updating in such a long time. Because I started that series without really a plot in mind that's why I don't know how to continue it or what to write for the next chapters. For now I'll just concentrate on writing one-shot so until I come up with the future chapters of 'The Law of Attraction' please just wait patiently. 謝謝大家!
