What a Lovely Day!
It rained -- finally. We've been getting a lot of rain but not a drop of it on my house. Today, the heavens let loose and it was wonderful.
I got the job and I worked out a mutually beneficial notice with my new employer and my soon-to-be-ex-employer that, surprise surprise, was met with little to no argument from either camp. I think someone has replaced my boss with pod!boss. Tonight I will make piles of things that will need to be packed and washed and tomorrow will be another lovely day.
