After writing an email to my parents saying that I hope I will be able to get a fire started in my Pioneer Life class this week, my father responded... "Why dont you buy a small propane blow torch and lighter? ... guaranteed to start yer camp fire EVERY time, LOL, stop with the Boy Scouts crap, just blow shit up, LOL." This cracked me up for a good five minutes.
