Never any time
I seem to have less and less time. And I assume it's going to get worse now. I was just promoted to store manager and they are demanding more of me then ever before. Funny since the old RGM was required to work 45 hours a week and was paid for 50. I am required to work 50 plus and I will get paid for 50. The old RGM also worked straight days and I am being told I have to work 2 nights a week and at lease one mid shift. I don't mind it really, but where are the perks? And at this point they still have not brought me a contract to look at or have they discussed my pay increase. So I am still making the same thing at this point.
However, on a good note all 7 of us are going on a cruise to the Bahamas in august. I can't wait. It has been 12 years since we as a family have gone anywhere and done anything. I have been on a cruise and had a blast, but they boys and Brian are first timers and I don't know if I am more excited for me or for them. The majority of the trip is paid for and next pay day we will have the rest of it paid off. And to make it even sweeter right before we leave my quarterly bonus will be in and even after taxes I should have roughly 1300.00 to take with us for spending money. Not that I care one bit about having all kinds of spending money. I am more than content with living it up on the ship and walking around nassau and not speding a dime. The spending cash is just icing on the cake.
