What are they
I was watching an episode of Top Gear, and noticed these things. Then I remembered they had shown up one an episode of DW.
Well my question is: What are they? I am guessing they have something to do with the military, because of the scene on DW they were attached to. I have been trying to look them up, but I don’t know what they are, so I don’t know what to look for.
Just my little bit of curiosity for the day.
