Sigh, sitting here in my comfy chair with my right ankle elevated and iced. Yes I sprained my ankle. How? I stepped outside and my ankle twisted under me. No more Zumba for 3 weeks - no weight bearing exercise.I am so bummed.I have my air splint and can drive as long as I brake with my toes lol. Luckily my job doesn't involve a lot of walking. I was getting back into shape. Two steps forward and one step back.
