One Thing She Knows Best

She still remembers the last time as if she was experiencing it for the first.

The upper tiles are hot, burning her feet with the need to jump straight to the water. The pool is clear blue. The surrounding is strangely calming. She has one pool caretaker, one security, and four-unit family group for her company. Quickly, she changes clothes. Sun is crawling for its peak of the day.

Her spirit soars. If she's going to do it here, better make it enjoyable. The first policy is: enthusiasm should never gets old.

Water splash embraces her as she lands, gloriously loud, to the familiarly comforting fluid.

For a while, hand and legs move, adapting themselves to the change of surrounding. It feels so good to be welcomed back in the momentum where you would just swim through and let them all-hesitations, worries, uneasiness, uncertainties-flow.

A content, smiling figure emerges from the water. She stands up, her feet touching pool tiles. She holds her head high. A few years back, she might find it's hard to do so without getting the water choking up her throat. Oh, how fast time flies, how unassumingly she grows.  The sky, after all this time, still looks like a vast, brilliantly beautiful canvas.

As she dives her way back, she renews her promises. She will pave the fate in faith. From the heart, she swears to paint again.

And she knows God knows, that their little, private reunion will not be anything but purposeful.
