Heat!

We've been having a little heat wave here in Southern Oregon. It's been up in the 80s and 90s for the last four days. Ordinarily I am no great fan of very hot weather. You know, I feel you. Normally I am not very tolerant of the heat: at all. I would not like these days. But it seems I have more adapted to heat somewhat, and less to cold, because it's been 90s to possibly triple digits here as well, and I did not really mind.

I think I've regained some of my heat tolerance since moving back to So. OR. I am positive that I remember thinking that 80 degrees was a sweltering death sentence after I'd been living up in WA for a while. ;D

I know! I used to think that too. But then, I actually use the heater these days! In the old days I would not be cold at all.
I have heard that certain parts of Oregon are more like Bakersfield, CA in terms of weather. Like, near Coos Bay?

I have very little conception of what the weather in Bakersfield is like. Which is almost inexcusable, since I have family there. *is a bad, bad relative*

But pretty much the entire coast here is inclined to be grey and foggy. Alas.

God, I *crave* some warmth/heat now, it's supposed to be spring here but...*shivers* I'm freezing.

The fact that your cats have internet names is totally amusing me =D
But. I tell you it can't get more ridiculous than calling your cats Bob and Fred *ducks*
