More Penny problems
Well following the speedy trip to the vet a couple of weeks ago after Penny ate most of a box of Bendicks Bitter Gingers (yes the 95%cocoa solid ones) we were back last night.
The old lady has vestibular syndrome, it makes her dizzy, so dizzy she couldn't eat of drink with out vomiting. She has a head tilt, a problem with her eyes flicking from side to side and she was staggering around like she was drunk, with one side of her body working more slowly than the other. She then refused to get up at all. She refused salami, what more can I say? She is now in the vetinary hospital on a drip. The prognosis is good, but it could take up to three weeks and she may be left with a little permanent damage.
