Bollocks bollocks bollocks. Little lump behind one of Penny's nipples is likely to be cancerous. I am pretty sure she will be fine with what is a relatively minor operation (Joanna will do bloods before operating to be safe). Yes she is 14, but she is active and for a springer 14 really isn't that old, but all the same it's still horrid for her.
