So. Third update (I think?) today, but you guys just have to bear with me, I'm unemployed and broke, and at least the internet's free (haha... for me... not for my parents!)

basic unit of American currency: dollar
100 cents make up every dollar
a penny is worth one cent
a dime is worth ten cents
a quarter is worth twenty-five cents
so it takes 100 pennies/10 dimes/4 quarters for every dollar

and then we have the one dollar coins (2 different kinds-silver/gold. issued at different times), and the fifty cent pieces (the biggest). bills (not 'notes') go 1,2,5,10,20,50,100. $2 are rare, they were kind of a funny cute thing. and its always rare that i have $50 cash on me to see one of those! and to make everything worse, all the bills are the same color!! -green!
