(no subject)
Sotired.
So tired of birds. So tired of sitting in a car. But the last day is tomorrow so I think I'll probably survive. We went on a 2-day birdwatching trip to Snæfellsnes (we've mostly been doing day trips) and while it was completely exhausting it was also lots of fun. We did get to see some cool birds and it's always sort of fun to ride around in a car with a bunch of people and having huge sleepovers. I just can't believe that after knowing most of the people on this trip for three years I'm not going to be going to class with them, seeing them every day - maybe not even at all - after tomorrow (most of them are graduating in June, but I still have one more semester to go). And it kinda saddens me that I haven't really made any GOOD friends in those three years - and I don't think I'll keep in touch with any of them (except for Tintin and GL, obviously, but I knew them before). There's a bunch of people I enjoy hanging out with, but no real close friends. It's sad, but then, Iceland is a small country so I'm more than likely to run into them ALL the time anyway.
And here's a countdown because I just realised how I have no time whatsoever before camp - but that's sort of exciting though, I love that time has passed this quickly lately!
1 day until Svava's birthday!
8 days until my birthday party! (you're all invited if you can make it to Iceland - details later)
12 days until my last day at work!
14 days until I fly to New York!
15 days until I go to San Fransisco! (I decided that's where I'm going before camp - it's sortof on the way and it's cheap to get there)
21 days until I have to be at camp!
