As I said to moose_biscuit last night, sweet flaming lemurs but spinning hurts! I survived, though, and stayed on my bike for the whole 45minute session, which the instructor said was an achievement, because apparently a lot of first timers just get off the bike and walk out when they realise how hard it is. Oh dear Lord, I think I've just signed up for my first spinning class. Having recently seen Run, Fatboy, Run and witnessing what spinning did to Pegg's character, I might not survive. The class is 6-6.45, but I might be a gonner by 6.30.
