I haven't been posting much here lately partially because not much has been happening (thank God, in a way!) and also because most people on livejournal come across as whiny asses and I figured I probably was, too. LJ is sort of the ultimate egotistical endeavor, and I'm starting to find it a bit ludicrous.
Maybe that actually signifies a dropping level in compassion. Lately I can't get three sentences through an entry about someone's life (unless it's very dramatic and told with a dry sense of humor) without getting frustrated and mentally shouting "I don't caarrrrrrrrrreee!" and skipping to the next. Maybe this makes me less of a good person. Whatever.
So, gearing up for finals. Wasting time. Playing Schumann, Beethoven, writing papers on incomprehensible experimental poetry. Oversleeping and missing calculus. Such is my life right now.
Maybe later I'll post some experimental Asian-American poetry for fun times.
