Furry Wake Up Call Makes For Strange Dreams

May 17, 2006 07:33

So there I am hoping to sleep well so I can get up for work at 6, when I wake and hear strange noises in the night.

It takes at least ten minutes for me to work out what it is. The scratching at the door giving it away. Dusty has escaped again. The time 3:47 :P

So having recaged him, I still do not get why he always makes a beeline for the bedroom when he does get out, I went back to a fitful dream filled sleep. And boy were these dreams wierder than the ones I normally get.

So yes I know my larp is three and a half weeks away but I am already having pre larp nerves it seems as I dreamt about going.

I get there to be introduced to a baldric in orange with a white shirt with flowers up it. I point out a nicely as possible that he didn't look very us really. We get a slightly more permanant tent top last time in fact it is a hut. Which inside has more sewing machines of various types it looks like a sewing machine shop. Plus this is after K showed me a machine she bought that looks like a bread machine with bobbins attached that only does seams.

There were two people in the tent when I walked in but I turned round and they were gone. Then suddenly we had a crowd of red and black dressed people walk in. Only some actually from our group. And all I could think of was that I had driven all the way to birmingham and had no costume. midnightoak went home to get it as I helped chase down some children that had gotten lost. She return with just my tunic. Not that strange but it had followed on from this.

I was in my room dreaming I was in bed when a horse jumped in through the window from the garden (that was suddenly level with us. It then proceeded into the house. I had to get K to remove it. Then I heard a noice downstairs. We went down to find shreaded books on the floor. I but the books and covers back to discover it is Anita Blacke book 1 that is missing its contents. Apparently someone had shreaded them so I could not read the series. Possibly thinking I would not read them out of sequence. Then Morgan turned up. It was a hectic night in my head.
