So soy is kinda
bad for you, especially in large quantities (say, 3-5 servings a day, my norm) and especially in the form of the highly processed tofu. This leaves me without a nice, clean, easy, lean protein option. I'm famished, but staring at my fridge without any idea of what's appropriate to eat.
