I had a dream I was playing piano and a fairy came over to me and yelled at me for not practicing enough. Then she took away my ability to play at all. I tried to protest, in french, and she yelled at me for not studying french enough, and took away my ability to speak the little I'm able to speak now. I sat there, destroyed, feeling all sorts of things that I no longer had the ability to express.

I'm playing rummy with Ali over wine (for him) and hot tea (for me). I'm losing.

Today my therapist told me to learn how to say "no."

Today I made a stirfry with seitan and it was gross.

Today I weighed more than I have in weeks, but I didn't really care.
