It's a grand ole Saturday morning. I woke up at 8:30 panicked that I'd slept late and missed an important session. When I realized it was Saturday I grinned and haven't stopped grinning since.
I've spent the morning wearing PJs and my iPod nano and my super-soft socks, dancing around, singing along with the earbuds' tunes and cleaning house. The cool front and the fact that it's Saturday and the upcoming holidays and my new amazingly delicious sugar-free, fat-free 20 gram protein beverage (YUM) have me filled with energy. I am in love with the world.
I've finally convinced Ali that we must crack down on the Xmas shopping thing, and today we have a list and a mission. Last year we managed to go almost 2k$ in debt from holiday shopping and this year we're leaving our credit cards at home and only buying what we can actually afford. This means gifts may be piddly, but that lots of thought and effort and probably baking will go into them. Better, right? What material goods I do buy will probably come from a place like this.
