In other news, it was a brilliant sunny day today. Our friends from up the lane have told us that the sun stopped when we went away, it rained for five months, and came out again when we got back. Pity the sunshine didn't reflect on the rugby world cup results. *cries a bit* (Comment re the actual result of England v Oz deleted because of spoilers and I'm too lazy to do a cut).
I'm already working hard at shifting the extra tonnage accumalated while we were away. Not sure how MUCH tonnage, as the scales appear to have broken (before I got on them... curse you for thinking otherwise!) but I guesstimate maybe 4-5lbs. An hour of tennis, and a 35 minute run today will have helped. And there's a spiffy new crosstrainer in the gym here at the house. And I've restarted traineo. <----- *points left at the calorie counter thingy*
