FCC are now challenging a secular government ( the singapore government)who is actually upholding biblical principles wether it knows it or not and a "church" is challenging the secular government whos policy on this issue ( homosexulaity) is closer to the bibles than the churches?
Ask yourself:
How many churches has FCC planted this year?
How many mission trips has FCC organised and implemented?
How many unreached and unchurched people has FCC led to the Lord?
How many water baptisms take place?
How many FCC members are baptised in the Holy Spirit?
How many people become saved in FCC in a year?
I think if you as an educated person let alone a "chirstian" answewred these questions seriously, you would understand that FCC is not carrying out the work of the Lord or fullfilling the Gereat Commission in any way shape or form and "good" messages preached by members is not enough to get you into heaven as God desires for you.
Grace is applied by God not man and is not designed to wash away the sin of same sex relationships, even church elders have same sex partners.
FCC isn a pressure group for gays, it dioes not meet the criteria as the bible says for a church as it fails miserably to carry out the Great.
Commision.
Do you think that because Rev Yap supports you are a church? very few people apart from FCC actually listen to what he has to say anymore and why? well because it cuts across biblical principles. Example check your journal about a year ago, Rev Yap was talking about the "impossibility" of gays and lesbians changing there lifestyle. Well doesn't the bible say that with God everything is possible? Rev Yap failed to reply to this, why? you better ask him.
Pity that some non-gays will be pulled under with the rest of FCC though, its people like me who are concenred for soiuls like you yet you pitch your tent in the gay and lesbian area which is an abomination to God.
I trust that you will one day see the wood for the trees .
