Kids Blog: Piano Recital Winter 2008

Talia's first formal piano recital. She played two songs, but I only uploaded one. I don't want to bore people! Just because I love re-watching my kids' videos and looking at my kids' photos all day... doesn't mean that other people will find them as interesting as I do.
(That's why I only pick out a handful of pictures and videos to upload. If I didn't, I'm sure I'd come across as a crazy mom. ^_^;;)
For her first formal piano recital, I bought her a new holiday dress. She loves the dress. She thinks it's pretty and loves spinning around and around in it. (I have video of that, too.) Now that I think about it... I just realized that that's the first dress I bought for Talia in over two years! Most of the time, relatives and friends buy her dresses as gifts for birthday or Christmas or just because. So I don't have to buy any dresses for her!
Talia enjoys playing the piano now. It took almost a year though! She didn't really like it at first. Now, she likes to play it on her own. I don't even have to ask!
