Weekend Babble
I'm boooorrrrreeeedddd! The weather outside is crappy and dreary....Lee went to go check out the boat he plans to buy...and I'm now stuck at home on a Sunday by myself with nothing to do! I could go into town, but figure I"ll just end up spending money on stuff I don't need....or buying Raya clothes that she doesn't need, etc. So instead I decided to do a journal update :-)
Yesterday my parents came up to help clean. My mom was trying to earn baby time haha....at first she was earning the privelage of having me bring Raya back to Lisbon after she's born she that my mom can show her off at work....but after putting in a solid day of scrubbing my mom declared that she's pretty sure she earned the right to have Raya come live with her indefinitely haha. Anyways, the house is super clean now! Mom spent hours and scrubbing all our tile/linoleum floors and we have a lot! While she did that I shampooed all th upstairs and downstairs carpet...we are now ready for baby! :-) It'd be nice if she came soon before the house gets dirty again lol. While we worked inside Lee and my dad cleared the woods we own....chopping trees, raking up leaves, etc. and taking it all to the dump. Looking good!
This morning I made a big breakfast of eggs, bacon, and french toast....then lee gave the puppies baths so that they could be allowed upstairs on our clean floors :-) This morning I finaly got around to ordering a bunch of pictures that I've had on my computer forever and haven't gotten round to printing....so now I can start scrapbooking that stuff....although once Raya comes I think i'll be lucky to get her stuff scrapped! I think that's something I"ll be doing when my mom comes to stay a week in June.
What else? Oh, I ordered a couple more things for Raya....I had a giftcard from my shower so I got her playmat....and then I also found a highchair (booster) that I liked. Those should arrive soon :-)

We also got Raya a bug net to go over her carseat/stroller....since it's pretty buggy out here and I always get eaten alive....hopefully she won't get eaten now!
Next weekend we have Sawyer's birthday party on Saturday (he turned one on the 16th...can you believe he's one already?!)....i hope Raya doesn't grow up that fast! haha :-) Then Sunday I have a baby shower for my cousin....after next weekend it'll be no more traveling for me on weekends....instead I will be sticking closer to home and begging....i mean BEGGING....Raya to come out!
Anyone sick of me talking baby talk yet??? :-P Sorry....that's really all i have to talk about anymore....it's sure to get worse once she's here!
