LOL. They suck so bad! Angela called them the other day and they said they had "made improvements" since the AmEx shitfest. I was able to get my tix so easily that I believed this... and then I checked their @ mentions and FB page.

Apparently their "improvements" are to hang up on you when you call and to give you a screen telling you to assume it's all sold out. Thanks, SHN!

This is true! But at least balcony at the Curran isn't as remote as balcony at the Orpheum, though really it should've been at the Orpheum to begin with.

I never saw the boxes as available on the seating chart; did you? I imagine if there's lotto it'll be those.

I never saw much of anything available on the seating chart. They might be lotto, but I'm sure they will manage to charge at least $50.
