Logged on precisely at 10am. Everything was bogged down. Picked a day, waited. Picked a price, waited. Filled in the captcha. Waited. Eight minutes later, it told me there were no seats available. Then the whole site went down with a message to assume they are all sold out. The SHN phone number tells me they are having a high call volume and hangs up.
What idiocy.
Now I'm in the "Virtual Waiting Room." Whatever that means.
Oh, and once you get in, there's no easy way to change to another date if the one you want doesn't have the tickets you want, so you get punted back into the main menu. Or the "Virtual Waiting Room." I've been on your stupid website for 36 minutes! I don't want to be in the waiting room!
ARGH! They TIMED ME OUT of the waiting room for inactivity! When it tells you not to refresh or do anything!
And now there are no tickets left.
I'm so glad I spent 46 minutes doing this.
Ok, one hour and 16 minutes in, I got two scattered singles for a Wednesday evening, and that was with constant refreshing to see if someone released a held ticket, and desperate hoping I wouldn't get punted to the virtual waiting room. So, yay?
