According to the last exam Charlie had, her baby is due at some point in September, and pretty soon she's not going to be able to get all the stuff done around the house that needs to. So the middle of June is a perfect time to re-paint the outside of her house. Bright red will certainly make it easy to spot during the dead of winter.

Of course, she'd probably appreciate some company, no matter if it's just to chat or pick up a brush and help.
