"Wouldn't you rather do that inside?"
Windows 95 is not sure that one would want to wash laundry in water that is probably teeming with kraken poo.

"Not really. The sinks are kinda small and I didn't want to make a mess," she explains.
There's a smile for the girl now. They may not be formally acquainted, but the Kyoshi has seen her around the farm.
"Hi. I'm Suki."

"Ano... it doesn't seem very sanitary, does it?"

"It's fresh water. And I have soap. What's not sanitary about it?"

"It's not like I'm drinking it," Suki points out, and shrugs again.
"My stuff comes out cleaner than when it goes in, and that's all I really want."

And will possibly burn all your clothes! But at least then you'll know that they're clean.

Suki scratches her head dubiously. She's unfamiliar with the medical level of sterilization that Windows is talking about, so she assumes the girl is just using the term to mean 'very clean'.
"We clean clothes by hand where I come from. It's always worked fine for what I've needed."

Washing machines are not quite as clean as autoclaves, but they are much less likely to be full of kraken poo.

"Another world actually," Suki reveals. "The Four Nations. Have you heard of it? There are a few others from there who live here. Toph, Zuko, the Sokkas... Katara's ghost."

"Yes. She's Sokka's sister. She was killed when she arrived on this world, and her spirit ended up here. She can be found in the kitchen sometimes."
Reassuringly, "don't worry, she's harmless and friendly. And we're working on bringing her back to life."

Fumbling for a polite response, she manages, "I see... I didn't realize humans could be, er, restored."

"She had some specially powerful healing water from the Spirit Oasis at the North Pole when she died though. And we think her ghost may be able to use it on her dead body to give it life again."
Best plan ever! And Suki was the one who came up with it.
