The harbour, it seems, is even more of a mess than the rest of the city, and that's decidedly saying something.

There are plenty of boats around, though. Wrecks to the last. Not that that ever stopped Jack, who hurries over to the most promising looking one almost immediately, his excitement at seeing the sea overridig any sense of caution over what might have caused the wreckage.
