Supernatural SF Con Day 2
Ok, so for some reason, I'm having trouble remembering who was there.....I almost wish I had my schedule on me....and FYI...that thing saved my life this weekend!
Ok, so here we go!
Day 2 of the Supernatural SF Con...
Day started at 9:30am....went to Volunteer meeting and was handed my assignment for the day...I was gonna work the Mic Line for the day.....not bad!
First guest right off the bat was Richard Spieght Jr. He's insanely amazing! And chatty as all get out.....someone asked him a question and I remember him talking for a while.....and I turned around and thought to myself..."Is he still answering the same question?" and he was. The line for his questions was pretty good....flowed rather nicely...lots of questions about his Pepsi commercials! He was on stage for an hour and then he hopped off...
After him, the handsome Aldis Hodge got on stage! That man is tasty! Found out some interesting tidbits....he plays the violin! How hot is that? He can do accents like crazy....has two small dogs...and can bench 250 pounds! And he one of his drunken first times was with Jared and Jensen! He showed us all does "The Jerk"! He had his panel and then hopped off the stage...now I found that the lines to ask him a question were really small....I had to ask a couple of questions just to make sure it would keep flowing.....after Aldis, Clif came up. I had an Aldis photo op, so I ran over to get it done really quick and not gonna lie, that man smelled AMAZING!!!
Now Clif is best known for being Jared and Jensen's bodyguard....I kinda felt bad for the guy...because half the room cleared out right before he started his panel. He seemed like a nice enough person....but hearing what I've heard about him, I took everything with a grain of salt.
Next up was Corin Nemec...aka Cousin Christian....now first thought I had was "Holy cow!!! I thought they made him wear his pants that tight for the show"....oh no....he wears them like that because he likes it. I don't remember much of his panel.....I do remember that he said he still keeps in touch with some of his Parker Lewis Can't Lose co-stars...he's doing a SyFy movie called "Sand Sharks" and he's a HUGE Steelers fan!!! Go Steelers!!! When he was done, I ran over to get my photo op with him and I walked up to him and he and I growled at each other for a hot minute and then took our pic! It was kinda funny!
Last but not least, was the amazingly beautiful Samantha Smith....aka Mary Winchester....first off, let me say that this woman is insanely fierce!! She's such a rockstar!!! She said she imagines herself more Lara Croft than a mom, and I totally agree with her! I asked her how she liked working on "House" and she really loved it! And quick side note, I brought my 5ft poster for her to sign....and I told her, that she was the first woman to ever sign it!
After that, I had to run out of the Con to move my car....I had agreed to work the Band party that Jared and Genevieve were going to be at...mind you it was like 7:30 by this time....and I've only sat down once.....
The night was only going to get longer....
