(no subject)
Sunday 6th:
-left the house around 1pm and read Identity Crisis on the way to the resort (SO GOOOOOD, OMFG!)
-drove around the area and took pictures at a Brian Head overlook of Cedar Breaks.
-checked into the resort and had grilled cheese sammiches with the parents.
-showed dad my saved photography stuff from DevART and encouraged him to get an account and post his pictures and get OMG popular!
-leeched off the remaining internet connection in the room and shipped Neopets with Jen until too late at night.
Monday 7th:
-woke up and Dad took Mom and I out to take pictures of us. (We R Models, lol!)
-Vern, Jenny, and Camron got to the resort around lunch time.
-drove to Cedar for lunch at Carl's Jr.
-went to Wal-Mart for groceries for the week (I totally wish I had a camera when Vern squeed and got giddy about a Captain America Mighty Mug her found. He seriously squealed and jumped up and down XD)
-came back and had Ribs for dinner.
-played card games.
-watched brother's play Guitar Hero until bedtime.
-Camron and I stayed up until 2am talking about celebrity crushes (really entertaining XD)
Tuesday 8th:
-viewed the view at Strawberry Pointe.
-Zion's.
-twas hot... tired... and crampy.
-didn't have dinner until 9pm, felt sick. (freaking small towns don't have food T^T)
Wednesday 9th:
-woke up and went to the Renaissance Fair and had fun talking to the booth keepers and observing the cool costumes. I got a bracelet and a hair tie. I made Camron get a sexy shirt... and get his picture taken with wenches cause he was pimpin'
-had lunch.
-went to the Fiddler on the Roof at the Shakespeare Festival.
-played some more at the Fair.
-Dad and I got sushi and brought it over to Chili's to have actual food.
-went to Wal-mart and bought Gotham Knight
-Ate yummy strawberry cheesecake ice cream!
Thursday 10th:
-kids were tired and sick, so we stayed in our resort room.
-finished Gotham Knight (AWESOME!)
-parents were going to go to the temple, but it was closed, so they still left for St. George anyway for Outlet shopping.
-I chilled on the internet a lot and drew Batman :D
Friday 11th:
-Kolob
-took pictures and hiked 5 miles, ow, ow, ow, hot, hot, hot
- TMI! (soooo TOM arrived, right? Well, I ended up bleeding through my shorts so I got to take care of my
feminine needs in the wilderness. Most awkward thing I've ever had to do ^^)
-I was pissed at my family for making me hike that much.. saying I was just a baby, but I don't hike cause I don't like it or the heat... or when I'm already in pain :p
-got to stay in my yucky sweaty and bloody clothes while we had dinner at Costa Vida and the drive back to the resort.
-watched Spiderwick when we got home.
Saturday 12th:
-we were supposed to rent bikes, but we couldn't get anything reasonably worked out, and places didn't have a thing to carry Loni in.
-did a small hike to Alpine Pond.
-it was raining, so we just drove around Brian head and Cedar Breaks for the day.
-came back and chilled and watched random things.
Sunday 13th:
-came home.
Aside from the resort not having AC and being miserable indoors and not sleeping well, the trip was awesome. It's sad, parents will never admit it, but it really showed that Steven was a source of contention to out family vacations in the past. He and Vern typically end up clashing. Loni made doing things difficult and we had to listen to her scream daily, she was adorable (at chili's Vern was telling her to sit down and calm down and she looks up at him with the sweetest face and is like "Why...?" in the cutest way possible XD)
I watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off with Camron last night and I always forget how funny it is. It's definitely one of my favorite comedies. The Cameron in the movie totally looks like Vern! In High School, Vern had a teacher that would tell him that all the time... and Camron gets told the same thing since he looks like a mini-Vern (the squinty, 'I hate life' eyes XD). I drew Jamie's birthday prezzie whilst watching.
I yoinked LOST season one from Vern last night cause... I MISS CHARLIE! Watched the first episode last night.
