Making a vest, lightly quilted, that after a piffling minor pattern modification has TWO PIECES. TWO. Back, and front. To be fair, one cuts two fronts, but they're while the fabric is folded, see, which means it's one piece's worth of time...so what with facing, poofy batting fabric and lining, that's six pieces total. I have made things with SO many more pieces. Four are already cut out, for crissake. Why am I slacking?
