If I had to follow a constitution, I'd like this one, please:

The Congress shall assemble at least shall not have attained to the Ports of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Testimony of two thirds of the United States, or by Conventions in three fourths of the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. We the People of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall not have attained to the Seat of the several States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the several State Legislatures, and all civil Officers of the Senate and House of Representatives may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the Yeas and Nays of the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives before Section 4. The President shall, at the Expiration of the United States, or in any Manner affect the first Article; and that no Amendment which may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the third Class at the Expiration of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate and House of Representatives shall immediately choose by Ballot one of them against Invasion; and on Application of the United States. We the People of the most numerous Branch of the first Class shall be on Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in Consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such Manner, and under such Regulations as the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and which shall be repassed by two thirds of the several States, shall be elected."
