rental car
I love being 25 or older. My age just saved me $25 (and $110 if I were moving from New York) on the rental car. I always hated that under-25 fee.
In other news, I went by work tonight to pick up some food (fried chicken and mashed potatoes) and get some Sparks (I have some cleanin' and packin' to do), and Mike said he might want to ride with me out to Denver, and then he'd catch a ride up to Cheyenne, WY (where he's from). It would be nice to have some company for the ride, though he'd have to make arrangements with Matt in terms of work schedule.
And, I've done it. I made my reservation to rent an SUV. Gettin' it noon on April 1st, and droppin' it off near Rachel's place by 1pm on the 2nd. Renting it should save me atleast $80, 5 hours, and a whole lotta hassle over Amtraking & FedExing to Denver. Accounting for gas and everything.
