Still need to pack!
Gah! Those two weeks did go by quickly, and I still need to start packing to leave on Saturday. That's (technically) tomorrow! Aiya.
Had lunch with Adam yesterday: good times. It was great to see him again, and he better stay in better touch this year (time to drag out the trusty dimensional hammer).
Today: lunch, shopping, dinner, and catching up with Nicole. Again, it was also wonderful to spend time with her. Besides, shopping with her is always sucessful: two shirts, a pair of pants (need to hem...blegh), and a nice jacket (with her stamp of approval). And she found jeans and shoes. Definitely good times. I miss seeing her more often, but it was definitely great to catch up with her.
Bah, and this whole career/future thing...still complicated as ever. I realized that if I had never gotten involved with SuperCamp, TAing and Breakthrough, all of this would not be an issue. Fun. But, everyone I talk to seems supportive and understanding. Though, there are some who think I'd be better off as a doctor, especially my father. He has his concerns, and they're understandable. But, I have time. We'll see what happens this semester. I still have time.
Yes, Sharon without a "direction" is weird (Nicole's mother thought it was very odd, but she seemed to understand as we talked about it). It's definitely scary - not what I'm used to. I like my routines and sense of direction, but sometimes, life is this way and things have to change. It will all work out eventually. Thanks to all who have been so supportive.
And time to sleep...much packing and such to do tomorrow! GAH!
