Challenge Time - Lets's Get Moving

Part 1
Post in this community at least once this week with your progress and once at the end of the week. (this will promote community activity and remind us that fitness isn't something that we need to think about once a week)

Part 2
Exercise at least three times this week outdoors. It is summer. This is the weather people tend to complain about missing during the winter and now that it is in full swing lets take advantage of it. Running, jogging, walking, cycling, roller blading, hiking, swimming can all be done outdoors in the warm sunshine.
A Word of Caution: Please be sure to keep adequatly hydrated when outdoors and always wear sunscreen.

Part 3
What are you eating? Please share with us either a sample of your daily/weekly menu or share with us your shopping list. Sometime when we are trying to eat better we stick ourselves in a rut and eat the same "safe" foods over and over and never venture into other culinary areas, this may cause us to burn out on the idea of eating healthy. This part of the challenge will allow us to learn from each other. We each are bound to have something or another on our menus that others do not.
