June 13 Challenge

It's ironic that this is my week to post because I am crazy busy and not focusing as much as I should on working out (I have work full time, do law school part time, and this week I am in a musicial too). But, I missed my last opportunity to post so here goes it...

A challenge for when you don't have much time to worry about fitness and you're very tired and busy

1. Try exercising at a different time than you usually do. if you are a morning person, try at night or vice versa. Find what works for you.

2. Buy a large bottle for water and drink at least 64 oz. per day.

3. Sleep 8 hours per night.

4. Exercise at elast 3 times this week mixing strength and cardio.

Reply if you're up for it. It'll be a stretch for with my schedule this week, but I'm game. We can check in on Saturday.
