Challenge Update

Well I completely BOMBED my own challenge in terms of exercise. It just wasn't happening. I have one last week of my spring classes, then my finals on the 20th...then I'm SO OUT OF THERE. I can't wait...because I know that now that my oldest DD is out of school, I'm going to have a lot more opportunities to get active again. I'm right back up to where my weight was 2 years ago when I started working out and I hate that. I feel soooooo fat and I have to change that!

I was successful at pampering myself though! :) I spent a lot of time this week just doing good things for myself and it made me feel much, much better. A lot less stressed out over this damn class I'm suffering through. So I guess it was a 50/50 challenge for me. I definitely succeeded in treating myself right but I suck at the exercise thing right now. It is so easy to get out of the habit and harder than hell sometimes to start it back up!
