I'm not the best at giving advice, but try biting your nails instead of pulling your hair?

or bite yourself everytime you feel like pulling your hair to make it painfull and to tell yourself to stop..?

^^U gomen, I'm neurotic...and from your problem, I can see you're neurotic yourself...so..I'm sorry if I'm not much help...

I don't know about that hahahaha. Don't worry about thinking you're not much help, your support is enough and I really appreciate that thank you.

You know there is nothing to be ashamed of, when I was younger (before I went to uni actually) I used to tear my lips open with my nails and scratch my forearms almost to the point of drawing blood when I got stressed out, but I guess I was not as serious as your problem, so since I have no real idea what you're talking about I won't give you any advice, it'd be no use. I just think that by seeing and admiting your behavior was unhealthy you've done half the job and hope all this will go well.
Good luck with it!

Wow, sounds pretty serious to me, how'd you get yourself to stop?
Anyways thanks for your support, reading what you had to say really helps, you have no idea.
Also, you don't have to worry about giving advice; I'm not looking for any I just need someone to listen. So, Thank you.

Oh I'm not an example to follow, I got myself to stop when I underwent a great change in my head the moment I left I high school (and all the people and subjects that made me feel insecure) and went to uni (where I'm pretty confident in my skills in the subject I chose). My bad habits stopped when the amount of stress I was experiencing was reduced. I still scratch my arm though when I get real anxious, fortunately it does not happen very often now.
Oh and if you need to talk, though we don't know each other very well, you know where to find me ^^
