Here and back again

Hey everybody. I don't know who even reads this anymore, but if you're keeping up with what's happenning in my life here's the skinny. . . .

I'm leaving town in three weeks. I'm going back to Mississippi. I'm going to work there for six weeks. I'm excited about that.

Then I'm going back to India for ten months. I'm going to live with Justin and Di and teach their kids again. It's going to be a long ten months, but I'm excited about that too.

God is awesome and my life is crazy but I love it. I am overwhelmed with His goodness and grace and mercy and love for me. I don't know what's going to happen when I get home, but I know God has an a plan, so I'm trying not to worry about that.

I am a little worried about leaving for yet another year. Already Atascadero is starting to feel more like a rest stop than home. I'm afraid that being gone will cost me my friends; but I figure that true friends will stick around and the others won't so that's good to. Even though this is the next year of my life, I know it will go by quickly. I know that it's preperation for something big, though what that something is, I don't know. . .

Justin and I have broken up. I miss him so much and I still love him very much, but I think God is calling us in different directions, and we were becoming a hinderance to each other rather than an encouragement. So that's that. My heart is hurting a lot, but I know God is going to use this. Praise Him for helping me to let go. It's the hardest thing I've ever done.

It's been an intense, emotional month. My parents are now seperated and I hardly recognize my dad now. . . My plans for the next year were obliterated and reconstructed in one week. . . I now am not only not on the verge of marriage, but I'm single and staying that way. . . my mom is selling the house I planned on bringing my kids to one day, yet through it all God has been closer and more real to me than He ever has before. So it's all worth it. All I want is more of Jesus. That's it. The end. -Amy
