aging hurts
for months & months i've been experiencing increased headaches (often migraines), neck & shoulder pain, & tingles & numbness down my arms.
after my recent physical therapy visit, it seems i have arthritis of the neck (cervical spondylosis). this could be related to the head injury i sustained a few years back (bloody scene at Noir) or simply bad luck with growing older.
whatever the cause, it means i start traction next week to stretch out my vertebrae & hopefully relieve the pain & numbness. what i envision is a clockwork orange-like device.
