Just a quick little post say say that I'm thrilled to announce that I finally have a literary agent!

The decision was hard only because it's no fun to reject people, and I had four offers of representation from amazing agents, who took the time to read my story and tell me why they loved it. Today I signed with Sarah Davies of Greenhouse Literary!

I'm tired.  The effect of losing one hour of sleep is probably all in my mind, but I did use it as an excuse to skip church this morning.  How about you?  Anyone else feel the effects?

Woo-woo, I am back on the query track!  After cinching my story ending to a better close, and hacking off another 6,000 words, I am back to querying!  Well, after I re-write the dang thing.  I decided my revised story must have a sparkly new query to go along.  So, who wants to write it for me?  Ha ha :)

Well, careful what you wish for.  Yesterday I just wished for some news.  Today i got it-two more rejections.  Grrr.  Time to send out more queries ( Read more... )
