Vacation, had to get away~
My Disney vacay with Sarah is fast approaching :3 We've decided not to focus on the parks too much, since we went a lot over Christmas and again right after Luca died. So instead, we're gonna mainly do stuff around the resorts, like rent bikes, go horseback riding, or perhaps even go to the Saratoga spa :) I'm really excited~
In the mean time, though, I have school, which has been especially hectic this week. I also have my first exam tomorrow, so... goin' to a study group today.
Since yesterday, I've been spending a lot of time trying to seal off our back yard. I filled in all the little gaps Chikane has been using to travel about under the house, to keep her and any wild animals from wandering around under there. She was not happy, lol. I also had a handyman over to install chicken wire over the few small (and one not-so-small) gaps under the fence. Now the yard should be nice and safe for any possible new dog in the future- he even buried the wire a foot deep in case of digging.
I still haven't heard from the landlord about our possible new roommate, Barbara. Hopefully, they're working things out... otherwise, I need to re-post our ad o__o
