Not much progress made this week, in large part to the emotional eating our in which our family has indulged after the death of our dog this week. But I haven’t lost any ground either, so this week in intend to make down to 276-275. The no-sugar plan is still going strong, even though it was broken on a couple of occasions this week (the aforementioned emotional eating). The less sugar I eat, the sweeter sugar tastes when I do eat it. That actually almost has a repulsive affect on me because it’s a little overwhelming.
Next week will be better!
