well hello there.
i have been really busy lately.
band camp started this week. monday and tuesday were only for new marchers, and i think it went really well. i was really nervous about having to teach them everything, but it wasn't as hard as i thought it'd be. today everyone was there for the first time. it was kinda crazy. we have fourteen clarinets this year (whoa.) i can tell there will be problems, but i'm not too worried about it.
other than band stuff, not much has been going on at all. my sister leah is back in town so i no longer have access to her car. which sucks. but it's not too big of a problem. sometime in mid-september she'll be moving up to new york. it'll be nice to have the room all to myself again. last night was weird. she started laughing in her sleep. i was like, freak! but i guess i can't really talk. i have had episodes in the middle of the night... on numerous occasions. yeah, i don't want to talk about it. ;-)
so anyways, band is good. life is good. only bad thing is that i am sore. but i can live with that!
