So things have been alright lately until this week. I've felt like being a really big bum this week and thus far have succeeded amazingly. My birthday was on Tuesday. I'm the big 23 now. It was pretty uneventful. Rained all day so that wasn't too much fun. April showers, go figure. I have two more weeks of school left in the semester. This includes a cumulative final in my math class and a 7-10 page paper in my communications class I've been meaning to start but have managed to put off all week. I'm ready to go home but I don't think I am going to have as big as a break between the end of spring and June classes as I thought. Finals week for the undergrads isnt until May 3rd-12th so I'm thinking I will still have to do rehab all that week. And since I'm a slacker and have no CEUs yet I have to go to the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers conference May 19-22 which takes away more of my time in Florida blah. An then here is the icing on the cake. Remember that job at Mercer I wanted last spring that I thought I had in the bag? Oh well Payton is leaving at the end of the year to go be a Grad Assistant there. Son of female dog. Heh, I love my life. Good luck with that one Rob, bad choice.
Totally off the subject. So Wingate does this thing called W'international where they have groups go to three different places during winter break and at the end of the spring through the school for the students. Well next year one of the AT program teachers is taking a group to France. Anyone who knows me knows that I want to go there sooooooo bad. Basically I had made up my mind to take out a loan and go but then I found out how much it would be. It would be like $2000 and I am already in enough debt from undergraduate loans so I was like man forget it. Than I read my horoscope today:
Crazy as it seems, why not take that impromptu trip you've been eager to go on, Shanick? Adventure calls, and there is nothing to stop you from answering. You will meet some fascinating new people, one of whom may wind up having a strong influence on your life. There is a great big world out there, go and see some of it!
Ironic huh? I'm thinking the computer print out just go lucky because my horoscopes are never right.
