Trade Deadline Day Can Kiss My Ass!
Today is the trade deadline in hockey. And for most other years, I've been all like do your shit Oilers, and I don't really care too much. But today, today I was like what the fuck could be possibly be doing? We've already resigned Hemmer, and like really who else? Yeah we need dmen, but let's be honest what were we going to deal with? You've got like squat to move!
And then they move Tom Gilbert for Nick Schultz. I don't get it. I know Schultz has more experience, but Gilbert's worn an A for us before, and Schultz is shoots left or something like that. Which reputable more knowledgable sources than me say we have too many of already. So, really boys? Really? Why you ship my prettiest princess, that's the nickname I gave him two years ago at skills, to the Wild? I mean better the Wild than someone else, but people are threatening me with snowbanks if I cheer from division rivals.
Suffice to say, I have a lot of feelings, and he wasn't even one of my favourites, he was just one of mine.
