I don't know how well received this topic is going to be, but I have a burning question about the supposed "Michael Jackson death hoax".

That entire thing is so damn ridiculous and hilarious. I can't believe there are people who actually buy into this crap. Of he wouldn't put his kids through that.

And yeah, that was Sheryl Crow.

oh, I am not saying that I believe it by any means. I'm just trying to understand why people do believe it all.

i think it's all a part of the grieving process. Many are having a hard time wrapping their head around a death that they didn't think they had to worry about for many years to come. Coming up with wild hoax ideas is like a coping mechanism for them. I won't say they're crazy, because we all grieve differently. This is their version of denial.

We lost a great man on June 25th- a legendary singer, dancer, and humanitarian. We're all hurt by how he was treated in life, how he couldn't seem to get a break. I believe that perhaps these people are hoping he's still alive because then he'd be able to see the outpouring of love that many fans are giving him. But at the same time, if this was a hoax and he is seeing what the media is doing to his children, I don't think he'd be able to contain himself.

I prefer to believe that he's watching down on us, smiling at our love, and waiting for us to keep his legacy alive with how we live our lives.

(Darryl's eyes are creepy)

I don't think he could contain himself, going into into hiding permanently, and his face probably couldn't take any more plastic surgery without imploding. Besides, doing that to his family (in on it or not) would be really hard.

However, a few years back, I couldn't help but wonder if he'd been abducted and switched out with someone else all these years. It's so hard thinking of all those Michaels as the same person.

There is a point at which a body part can't take any more operations. Then again, if you have enough money, you could probably find a doctor who will do it anyway.
